It takes a lowboy or detach to haul a 1660

Just measured one of mine,
12 1/2' tall
7' between tires
11' outside to outside front rubber

Thank you for the info on another topic i read you have pulled a 1660 home backwards any more info a that?

Dealers use to have a plow dolly....2 wheel dolly with a plate that would pivot on the axle. That allowed you to remove the rear tires on a
combine and chain it to the deck. The pivot allowed the dolly to go around a corner and not skid....think semi fifth wheel plate. You could
hook a semi-mount plow to the dolly and go on down the road to deliver it. Haven't seen one in years.....plows are almost obsolete, so no
dollies.

Here are a couple of pictures of a setup on a 1660 used to pull it backwards. I saw this on a combine that was in an auction. I wish I would have taken more pics.
