Hey folks
I'm working on an early 95 combine
Needing the sprocket that goes on beater
Shaft that drives the cylinder
42 teeth
Part no AP 23324
And idler PK 860
I can't find them
Any help would be appreciated
Doug

Is it the the one with the center hub? or the one
with 5-6 bolt holes?Double 60 chain? I may have
them.Call me.(970) 417-1178 Steve

If you can find one that bolts to the cylinder
shaft with the same number of teeth, it can be
used on the bearter shaft. A machine shop will
have to cut the weld and press off the worn out
clog on the beater shaft hub. The bolt on hub from
the cylinder shaft can then be pressed on the
beatershaft hub and rewelded. I had to do this on
a 105 I used to own. As I remember the ID of both
clogs were the same.

I will add that this was on a late model 105 with a variable speed cylinder drive. But, the bolt on hub I used was from a earlier model 55 we owned that did not have a variable speed cylinder drive. I don't remember how many teeth the clog we used had but it was the clog I used to speed up the cylinder for wheat.

Simply get a 42 tooth, 60 pitch double sprocket blank and have the ID machined to the correct size and drill 6 holes.

Unless exact originality is an issue, a generic double 60 idler with a ball bearing will not be impossible to find, either.

It has to be original
The hub is made out of the same piece as sprocket
That's why I gave the part no

Remember our phone conversation? Just get a
'Weldasprocket' set up and makeup ypur own.As I
said, for your limited use,a ssingle chain will
suffice. BTDT Steve

Bob,Doug has a older 95 roundback. They use a different setup than the squareback series.Your suggestion will work quite satisfactory for a SB.BTDT.The RB uses a one piece cast hub/sprocket.
