Cab Kit for Gleaner K

I would like to replace the cab kit in my K. I googled and it seems the only cab kits listed are for the F2's and newer. I did find kits for G's and L's advertised. Are the L cabs the same as the K?
Thanks.

AN "L" is different than a "K" cab.

You may just have to buy the material in sheets and then make templates to use to fit the material to your cab. K&M manufacturing has pretty good kits. You can buy the material is sheets from them.

A Gleaner cab is mostly flat surfaces so they are not hard to make one for.

Those cabs really had no "interior"

What parts in the cab are you looking to replace? Hitting up a carpet showroom, or a discount carpet remnant store is a good option. Buy a bunch of 3M spray on glue, and carpet padding, then cover with something from a car audio dealer because they sell a speaker box covering that is like car headliner material. I had a gleaner k. I don't remember the cab having anything except a rubber floor mat. What are you looking for?

This is not hard and fast by any means, but the K,F,and G were produced at roughly the same time- same style machines. Then the M & L were introduced, as a different style machine, different cab, etc., and the G was dropped.
Then the K2,F2, M2,and L2 had the same cab.
If you talk with someone at Fehr, they may well work with you to figure out what you need.

I just was looking at fehr's website. They do have a page about doing a custom cab interior.

They do have bulk materials available also. Like I said, these combines don't have a cab interior. There was no headliner or anything when they were new; just a rubber floor mat, a seat, and a padded arm rest.
