That's a good idea! I never saw anyone load out bags before. How many lbs of oats fit in a bag? Would be funny if that was 7 ton on that little utility trailer!

Case Nutty that's a good way to load bulk bags. That trailer your customer has is a good one to be that small and hold 6 bulk bags. The bulk bags that we sell with beans or wheat in them like that weigh 2,500#. Good pictures!

John, each bag averaged 41 bushel Oats per bag, 287 bushels in the seven bags, 9184lbs he has 7000lb axles on the trailer, it is more than I like on a bumper pull trailer, he did go across town and took off 4 bags then had another 100 miles to go home

it is still a nice load out setup!

I like it and if I use it in the future, I'm gonna called it the case nutty way (with pure respect!)

I have some guys who want a half ton at a time. this looks like a great method!

awesome!

Looks good to me, To be a good farmer these days you have to think outside the box so to speak to make money. To find that market and buyers for a product is not an easy thing these days. My uncle had 2 J&M 250 gravity boxes with 10' sides in his barn to hold spelts he used for feed and sold them as people wanted them. I really like seeing people thinking outside the box and you do it with the best of them. Bandit

"a couple guys"? Don't know what to tell you about the "guy" on the fender, but...

So are you weighing that out inside the building somehow before the auger? I know next to nothing about grain handling systems. I see all kinds driving around, never quite sure how it works. Some are REALLY tall. Groups of bins with augers going to a central tower that can be pretty darn high. Really interesting but never quite sure what is going on.

Dave, the woman on the fender came with the "two guy's" lol

No they way it is weighed is to run the whole truck trailer over the scales empty then again after its loaded and subtract the difference,

Thank you for the kind words, I do what I can, as you know we have to change some now and then to keep the $$ flow, this coming year may be a whole new ball game

I was never much on dealing with the public but looks like that is the best way to stay in business if you can find profitable ,marketable skills or products. I know some small farmers are starting to buy grain like that for their tiny operations and some sprout the grain for about 5 days before they feed it.Dont know why i didnt think of hauling grain that way if i buy it in the future. Ingenious as long as the dot,etc doesnt hassle you.Lots of guys dont want to mess with the small timers and for good reasons, but i'm glad to see someone smart enough to make it work.I really think it's going to be the future. :D
