The Thanksgiving weekend project is to install the quik-tach feederhouse on the 45 so as to be able to use the quik-tach platform.
We will be removing the original 10 ft platform and have no further use for it. It is in fantastic shape with no rust. It has all new sections in the sickle and both belts are new last year. I just used it last month to cut 18 acres of soybeans and a few acres of lespedeza. It is field ready in every way. Does anyone need the whole unit or any parts?
I also have a 235 and 313 corn heads that will no longer fit my 45 with the quik tach if anyone needs them. The 235 has always been shedded and is very nice. The 313 has spent a few nights under the stars. It will need every inch of roller chain replaced but the tin and auger are good. I have a NOS multi-luber harness to go with the 313.
I realize that this forum is not for advertisement but I know you combine guys frequent this forum and realize that many never view the implement classifieds. I hate to just let the headers sit and rot if someone needs a better header or parts to keep their 45 chugging along. I dont have enough shed space for all of the old headers and all of the new headers. The old ones are soon to be booted out of the shed.
The headers are located in Middle Tennessee.
