1440 Hydraulic issues

Neighbors 1440 electric over Hyd machine is having problems. Steering and hydro work fine but everything else is giving him fits. I'm familiar with the valve stack on my 1460 but it is a cable machine. Dealer was out and put a new pump on and checked electrical on valves and everything checked out. Any ideas? I think a flow divider may be the issue.

Have had problems with the ball and seat leaking on the pilot operated pressure relief valve. A tiny leak in the pilot ball and seat will cause a huge hydraulic leak in the main relief valve.
When they get to leaking too much oil, the steering and header lift will work, but reel lift and auger swing will quit working.

Usually the pilot seat or pilot seat O ring. Seat wear so slight that takes a magnifying glass to see it, will mess up the reel or auger hydraulics.
When the pressure relief leaks bad enough, their is only enough oil to run the header lift and steering, because there is no excess oil for the priority valve to feed to the other two circuits.
