1460 question rotor drive belt and pulley question

My neighbor called his machine broke and needed me to finish corn. I combine 2 loads and after second load shut the machine off. When I went to start it the rotor groaned. I went back to the motor compartment and the clutch that drives the rotor is not turning as fast as the pulley driving it. Is this keyed? I can't find the right pic on the case IH parts store so need some help from the gurus on here. Oh ya its 15 degrees out so I. Sure that's not helping either.

The clutch on the rotor is a idler pulley that is engaged by a hydraulic cylinder. Is the idler engaging far enough so that the belt is tight?

Which pulley is not up to speed? The driven pulley on the triple v belt or the two pulleys on the wide v belt pulleys of the variable speed pulleys?

Did the two speed gear box slip out of gear?

I have to check the rotor gearbox. The drive pulley seems to be the pulley with the issues but. But maybe it is deceptive because there is nothing to turn. I will check tomorrow. I feel stupid that I haven't checked. The gear box shift lever. I will post back after I check
