Photo of a customer's 8820 that has just been kicked out of the quonset to join the windmill and the 403 on the obsolete lineup.

Heck, the 9600 that replaced it is almost obsolete, itself!

The guy doesn't sell anything when he's done using it/replaces it. Likely, those machines will sit there 'til the farmstead is cleaned up after he passes.

There's another 403 or two, a 503 and a 181 or two sitting around, as well.

There was a guy like that here, too. In his mind, he figured if he didn't want to use it anymore, nobody else would (or maybe should) either. Woods and fencerows were full of stuff for the estate sale!

Boy an 8820 is still a pretty big machine in some places. Yes I know there are bigger ones in the fields the 660s must be the biggest Deere now.

Bob,

Would he be someone I may know?

My email is open and new from our last email exchanges.

Thanks, Ron
