got it unpluged thanks to JD SELLER it was pluged on top. MIKE AYLWARD i moved the curtain back one hole see if that helps. thank you guys for your help
 
Stonerock: If it happens again you can get a "B" size belt. That will be a little wider and taller than the narrow factory belt. I just loosen the cylinder drive belt a little and rolled the "new" over beater belt through the cylinder belt. I then put a little bit stronger spring to hold more tension on the beater drive belt.

The majority of the time in most crops the beater is just knocking the crop down on to the front of the straw walker. If a big slug goes through the cylinder it over loads the front of the straw walkers. Then the beater drive starts to slip and the beater plugs.

I usually had this issue in oats and wheat in the summer. Your running the cylinder at top speed and it will flywheel a lot of material through.
