John deere 6620 digital display

The digital display on the 1979 6620 reads zeros for every function. Not sure what would cause all readings to stop working.

Anyone have this happen in a 20 series?

Computer blew. Before you hook the next one up test around for a dead short. Deere has a tester for the cmputer but I havent seen one go all zeros and have it not be the computer. If I remember correctly you can use a computer from any 20 series but you have to match the dip switch settings in it to the one you have in your combine to make it work correctly. ..you are NOT gonna be happy when you call deere for one and even less happy if you call abilene machine....its gonna hurt

Thanks for the help. I was afraid it may be the computer. I checked for any loose connections or shorts but didn't see any.

The weather turns wet tomorrow. See if the Deere dealer can test.
