The easiest way is to take the whole housing it sits in off with a hoist of some sort I did the one on my 6620 2 years ago by building a scaffold of sorts and sliding it out layed it down then changed it 6' in the air not much fun like that. Where are you located?

I'm located in Henderson mn. It has a pretty good leak it doesn't spray out it just drips from the top after it warm. Should I maybe try rad sealer or just a waste of time, only have 28 ac beans to do. Thanks for the reply,Bob

Black pepper? never heard of using that before, but I'm willing to try it . How much do I use? Thank you guys I will let you know if it works. Bob

find a Conklin dealer , get some DIKE radiator sealer. it worked well for us on a FORD 9600. it had a bad , BAD leak. didn't have time to replace, long story short , been using it for yearsnow, never a problem.

I second the Conklin 'Dike'. I am a 'dealer'.Used Dike for years.never plugs up a radiator. That stuff is amazing. I buy it by the case(qts)

Shoot, for 28 acres, use Dike. Then after harvest fix it.My 95 leaked badly(split seam) from the top tank.Poured 2 quts Dike into it.Still running two years later.
