What's the difference between a corn and small
grain straw walker I know the openings are a
little different but can I run a corn in a small
grain combine

corn walkers have openings that are designed to keep cob pieces from plugging them. Your combine will do corn but you'll be picking out cobs from the walkers on a regular basis. Gleaner sold screens to put over the small grain walkers for corn, other companies probably did too. Probably could even make your own easy enough.

I'm just trying to run a corn walker to cut oats and wheat I had to replace a walker and I found a corn walker

My K2 has one corn walker and two grain walkers and it does just fine in barley, wheat, and oats.
