How do you set the header control on the 9500 has 925 head. Also trying to figure out what is wrong with hydrolic system the feeder house an auger will come up all the way some times an some times it won't the auger also swings out all the way some times an some times it won't jd said there could be air in the system if so how do u get air out of the system

From your previous post it almost sounds as though the limit switch on the unloading auger is acting up. This is supposed to shut off the hydraulic valve once the auger is completely in or out. If this valve is not shut off your other functions will act up because the main dump valve in the valve stack is not operating properly. This one valve is in use on nearly every other function on the combine. This will cause your head to raise but not lower, etc. Check this switch (on the elbow of the unloading auger) and also, when you run the combine be sure to place the unloading auger switch in neutral. Other symptoms are a reel that will raise and not lower, cylinder speed that will raise but not drop, etc. Hope this helps.

I can lower the head but sometimes it won't raise. Also I'm having trouble with the header control when u turn it on it wants to go all the way down.

Like mike said make sure the auger fold switch is in the neutral position. Had the same drama on 9600. Reel and cylinder speed would only o up not down. All because of that switch being in the fold in position
