Just wondering if anyone has ever changed the ball joint underneath,any advice would be great.Also wondering if anything from napa would cross over.Thanks

Most likely NAPA will have a match.Just take the part# in and they can crossit.It is probably a 'vendor' part,not made by JD anyway.

Put the first skid plate on new on a 220 flex last year. Bought it from Shoup, but bought the tie rod end from Deere. $76 if I remember. Didn't know the end was bad til I got it apart or would have got it from Shoup also.
