Got my 1160 all ready for harvest. It was a HUGE job tho. It sat for several years and was pretty worn out. Everything was stuck, broken, or out of adjustment. The engine needed a tuneup and new alternator and fan belt and the carb cleaned. Had to take take the clutch housing off to free the clutch shaft. Had to take the header clutch apart and free that up. Had to free the brake pivots too. Took the reel and sickle off and installed a pickup. That's when I found the rusted out pan in the header, so I cut that out and patched it. Was able to salvage the pan from the header I got the pickup off of. Was able to use the belt tightener from that header as well so all I needed to buy was a new belt and a smaller driven pulley to get the speed right. The chains were all rusted, but I oiled them and got them loose. It runs ok now and should work good. Guess we'll see.
