What is the proper way to adjust/tighten
The seperator cliche. Ihc still has the
Whole assembly available rebuilt.
Sometimes does not want to come
Out of gear, and at times you have
To tie the lever down to keep it in
Gear.

The mechanizem (sp) can fill up with trash and rust at the crank under the hopper. It might need a good cleaning and lube. Did this on my 715 years ago should be about the same linkage. I would try this first its free.

On further thought unhook the linkage and run the clutch trough its motion with a pipe wrench first. Its been 30 years since I fixed my 715 so memory is foggy.
