Bad GY tires on 7010

I just came from my neighbor that has 7010? with 1000hrs he bought used. The rear tires on the left side of both tires, has a LARGE bulge all around by the rim. They are Good for a Year that would not be replaced by GY. I have had smaller bulges on semi tires that were recapped and getting old but nothing like this. I would not have accepted the combine with those tires in that condition. Anybody else having this problem?

It is common on Goodyear tires when they are consistently overloaded or are used to jump ditches and such. The cords are broken at the bead. When they are taken off look at the inside of the tire just below the bead and you will see the inner liner is torn letting the air between the plies causing the air bubble.
