Gleaner E combine and E3 heads

I have a gleaner E combine with an E330 corn head i ran this fall. It ran great and working on fixing it up to the way i like it. Came across an E330 corn head and 10 foot grain head off an E3 combine. As these heads the same as far as mounting and running them on my E? If so whats a corn head and grain head like these in good condition selling for? Im located in New York

Double check me on this- because I have no first hand experience with an E3. I believe the E3 had the jackshaft under the intake throat, like all the later models, off which the header and feeder beater ran.
A distinction between the E and the later and bigger Gleaners was that the E headers ran with a big belt off the combine pivot shaft. Then the feeder beater was run with a little chain back off the header.
So if you can get a look at these headers, you should be able to tell. That said, with enough effort you can change drives around.
As far as mounting, that's the easy part. Whether quick-tach or not, the throats will fit on from the E through the K2.

I believe Bob is right regarding the header drive. My son has an E w/ 2r wide head, and the drive is like that, not like the K I used to have.

Allis made drive adapters to use EIII/K heads on an E and vice-versa, but trying to find one now is impossible.
