Pics-Combines On Seger Sale At Johnson,KS

Yesterday I attended the Seger estate sale at
Johnson,KS..There were nearly 200 tractors selling...I got
home at 2:30 am this morning..

Here are the combines that were on the sale..

Allis Chalmers Model 60 $1500
John Deere Model 36 $4250
MM Model Model A $450 -had no header and sold for
scrap.
Case???-didnt catch the price and went for scrap.

Next Saturday a large amount of old combines are selling
on the Hornbaker sale at Tribune,KS..I stopped on the way
out there and took pictures..I'll get them on here today or
tomorrow..

Thanks for the pics. My Dad bought a new AC 60 in 1952 (I think) I don't what he paid, but it was likely less than $1500.

My dad bought a new all-crop harvester in 1939 $500 for machine and $25 for
pto extension on a F-20.

The All Crop pictured here stayed in the family which was nice. I bought the one shedded 1940 All Crop 60 today at the Hornbaker sale in Tribune for 150.00.

I am looking forward for them to publish results for the Hornbacker sale. I hope that no too much went for scrap!
