Here is a video of a 20 row Kemper header. fixerupper posted this on the tractor talk forum. I found it interesting and thought that the harvester guys may not see it on TT.

Liked watching that. I sure wish grandpa could see that. He must have felt like I did when I saw it the first time he drove a combine. The leaps forward every 5 years are astounding. I didn't work hard enough to stay on the forward edge of farm technology and now I am far enough behind that it doesn't matter. It affects yields but the money it would cost to get back on the curve are insane. That is the reason I am slowly shifting to animals. Hogs are the same they were decades ago. Sure there are changes in farrowing technology, but those are lots easier to stomach than a new class 8 combine.

For kids starting out now this video seems more realistic to them than me. I remember doing things the hard way so having an 8 row is impressive to me. Having a combine with RWA is impressive to me but the kids in their 20's figure combines have always had them. Image how I would feel if I had farmed with a team? No wonder Farmall A tractors were enough for many farmers.
