I have a ih 76 that needs a canvas elevator someone told there is a place in Wisconsin that makes them dose any body have a phone number thanks. Rob

That would of been Hamacheck Mfg., in Kewaunee, WI They used to build pea-vining equipment.

They went out of business in 2002.

Can"t think of anyone else off hand. I would think that someone, somewhere, is making canvass aprons.

Otherwise, You can make your own. I repair mine with a old junk sewing machine, and a heavy needle. You can make the wood slats yourself, rivets are available, and rubberized canvass is out there.

I bought an All Crop combine that had nearly new drapers on it. The man I got it from said he had them made in Burlington Iowa at Sherwood Company. Here is their number: (319) 754-6410

Miller Canvas Shop, Wautoma WI. 920-787-1994. He will make anything you want. Made 3 grain binder canvases for me, reasonably.
