Facebook Group

I see some talk about Facebook groups concerning combines...I am part of the "Combine Harvesters" group, which I see some others here are, too...That group is really taking-off and I am glad to see that for Linda (the woman who started it).

I am also part of, and actually help run the "Gleaner Baldwin Combines" group and page...

I want to promote both of these Facebook destinations, along with the many-others that are on Facebook for not-only combines, but farm-machinery in general...After finding the large community of us "farm-equipment appreciators" on Facebook through pages like these mentioned, I have realized how nice and convenient it is, not to mention the large-population of us that exists on there, and the great-people in that population.

Give it a look, sometime.

I joined it then I learned you have to friend Linda, sorry that's not how I roll too bad to looked to be a lot of nice machines on it I wish it well

I guess I don't understand what you mean that you had to Friend Linda. I have not friended her and I am still on that page. Is that what was needed to post on it?

Linda would like members to add her as a friend, but I don't see how she is making anyone...I have started talking with her, and I am finding that she is a very nice woman. Not to mention very-knowledgeable on combines.

Nice pics and a few comments on the opening screen, but
looks like you need to log into Facebook to do a typing.

Kinda leaves me out.

That's ok, I enjoy talking combines here, maybe you could
invite the Facebook people over here. ;)

I joined last week(I posted all the JD 95
pics).Linda is a very conservative Christian lady.I
'talked' with her several times. She sure knows her
combines...She doesnt require that you 'friend'
here, she just wants to "get aquainted".I think I wil
enjoy this little,growing group. Steve

Steve, I joined the group and wanted to reply to a pic but it wouldn't give me the option to reply. Do I have to friend request someone in order to do that?

the rules are on the page, I missed them before I joined, I had her as friend before on FB nothing against her we just have different views on things and are not compatible on that menu is all again I wish her page well

she contacted me on the first post I did there and said I had to send her a friend request to stay in the group, look for a pic of my 1660 and read the comments

Steve read her rules she DOES require you to friend her and thats fine its her page, it was my choice to leave as I do not agree with the mandatory friending
