optional exhaust manifold on Gleaner F2

We own a 1981 Gleaner F2 with an optional 3" dump flange on the exhaust manifold. The rest of the exhaust pipes are 3" as well as the inlet and outlet of the muffler.
Our exhaust manifold cracked and broke right above the connecting flange to the exhaust pipe and we are in need. Haven't found that specific exhaust manifold anywhere (it's no longer available at any Agco dealer), and I've checked several of the combine salvages in the Nebraska, Iowa and Kansas areas.
Any help?? I've heard welding is an option IF you get to the right welder with the right equipment and that's it's really $$$$$.

I'm thoroughly confused. Earlier F's had the 301 six cylinder engine. My 1979 F2 had the four cylinder 200 turbocharged/intercooled engine.
You don't mention any turbo. mounting? And I'm sure my F2 only had a little pipe off the turbo. for the exhaust. No muffler.
You don't have a gas engine do you? I've never seen an F2 gas.
