I do not seem to get much assist from the rear wheel drive on my JD 6620. This is my first seaon to use this combine and I am not impressed by the drive system. A farmer friend uses JD 7720s with rear wheel drive and he says they should push the combine through some pretty slippery stuff.
I am wondering if the filter could be plugged or some other restriction in the hydro system. I can tell from the drop in speed that the hydro is switching into rear wheel drive.
Has anyone else had this problem and what did you do to fix it? Thanks
