What year/Cockshutt 545

All of the Oliver and Monline combines in that series and the following series were Re-badged Cockshutts. They were built in the Cockshutt combine plant in Brantford Ontario Canada. Very good machines for there time. I have a 1968 Oliver 525 and I love it. I cant recall exactly but I believe the 5XX series machines were built from 1965 or 66 up to 1969 or 70.

My first combine was a 1964 525, that had the small rear axle that was prone to breaking the pivot pin, pin welded to axle. The 1965's had the larger rear axle with the pin welded to combine. mine had an add on cab and M&W header control on outside of cab, and it had a heater in the cab, that came out of an old Ford truck.
