sieve and pan replacement 1440

Howdy,

Digging in to my 1440 to replace the shoe sieve, frame rails, and the pan under the sieve. Wow, didn't realize how many options were out there in parts land for these things. My old shoe is 3/8 but I've been reading that a smaller size would be better for wheat (will be running it next summer for first time with this machine). Should I go with the 3/8 like I have now or change to another? I'm also seeing in the parts book the pan was changed to a new number (1319211c1) which is what most aftermarket places sell. However, there is a note in the parts book referencing a 1319275c91 for lower serial numbers (which mine is). I can't find that number on any aftermarket sites. Thanks for the info in advance.

get the right rails for the machine as at least two types exist. pan will fit both but rod will need some modification--easy. theres even a round hole bean sieve. If you're doing multiple crops I'd go short finger seive.
