Will at All crop 60 manual work for a 66?

The question is as simple as the title. Will a All Crop 60 manual apply for a 66 as far as setting up to harvest? Also where do I get one of the handheld tachs, for measuring cylinder speed?
Thanks Mike

Manual is the same-0nly difference in the machine is 6 inch wider cut on the header....60 vs 66. Lufkin made a hand tach. No, you can"t have my second one! LOL.

If it is a late model "Big Bin" version of the 66
the unloader system will be different from what
the 60 manual describes but as the others have
said the rest of the machine is very similar.

I picked up a nice Stewart Warner hand tach on
eBay a number of years ago for a very reasonable
price so that might be a place to check. I can
tell you from experience that it takes a steady
hand to tach an All Crop since they shake around
quite a bit when running at speed.

AC had a tach attachment available for the All Crop combines. The branch had a whole bunch of those - until the service techs discovered that they would hook right up to the end of the cylinder shaft on the "G" Gleaners.

All they had to do was weld the bracket to the side of the operator platform and attach the flexible shaft to the cylinder.

Manual: Yes

That's interesting; I wasn't aware such a factory attachment existed. I can see how the supply would quickly dry up once other applications were found.
