Looks like you were very lucky with the 7720 in that it didn't roll over. We found the back axle loose on cousins 6620 one time and checked it regularly thereafter.

was very lucky, oldest son setting on wood block at feet where the boys always rode, about 9 yrs old.going down road 1 mile from house wide open and combine shook and shimmied and i started to veer toward ditch will pulling back hydro and stomped brakes which werent locked together which was good because right brake grabed and combine istantly swong around as pic shows and we went down in to ditch straight instead of angled or we would of tipped all will i was grabbing my son who had flung forward toward windshield.

I like the 7720 pic, glad no one was hurt. I should warn you however that the 12 row head is only going to make it harder on us. The bigger the equipment gets the less likely your sons or mine will be "needed" as American farmers. I farm also, and right now in my opinion the 12 row combine represents what is going to help kill the rest of the 500 to 1200 acre farms.

i understand what your saying, we own a 8 row head but our northern corn crop was in drought area this fall ,about 4 ft tall and knew it wasnt going to be good so i rented that 12 row to make use of our time-fuel-equipment efficency worh while .

What is killing the small farms is the term "roundup ready"!
No-till is what is allowing one man to farm 3000+ acres alone around here.

You are so right. All of this RR technology is an answer to a question that doesn't exist. There is no benefit at ALL. i am on 300 different farms a year and RR technology has failed. Completely and utterly.
