For those of you that doubt the power of pigweed heres the proof for you.If you dont have pigweed yet BEWARE!I was combining a field of soybeans yesterday and the row crop head wasnt liking these at all.The weeds were so big it knocked the snouts out of thier slots on the head several times.When one did finally make it in I was holding my breath hoping it would make it without chocking up.Resistant pigweed is truly a force to be reconed with.This field was sprayed and then hand pulled and even with all that many still slipped through.

Looks like a tree! We're seeing resistance here in NWIA but it's not real big yet. This year for the first time I had some late germinating weeds in beans that weren't fazed by 32 OZ of Glypho. Jim
 
We are starting to get it here in NC too. There are a few buyers starting to take sorghum here so that opens up a new weed control program that will hopefully get it under control.
 
I've found that they still aren't resistant to cold steel,but at today's fuel prices it gets expensive to cultivate.
