found a offset 4 row corn head and stuck it on the 750 i traded for last winter ,i intended to repair and use the Gleaner F and repair its 430 head,, but now since i found the 43 head , i am having too much fun runnin the 750 massey .it is doing a super job and is only runnin a 2/3rds load because it easily handles a 6 row head .. the Perkins 6 cyl is a fuel sipper..my brother wanted to sell this machine to me 8 yrs ago , but i was content with my 300 gasser with a 33head , the price was Rite , but $$$$ was tite for me .AND a neighbor down on the river needed the 750 so i yeilded to him . the horrible thing that nearly happened is a scrapper bought this 750 to part out !..SO ,I made a deal with that devil , I traded 2 of my old outside parts 300s and gutted another Gleaner F, i Kept all the motors and radiators , and pulled as many parts i thought i could use And put that 750 to Use again , Couple of my nephews were on hand today and all of us got some seat time ..tonite I told them , 8 yrs ago i made a mistake , I wish i would had snatched that Massey up and never took the time to learn how to spell GLEAnor ,or cus't the hand cranked unloading auger on the little 300 . But All in ALL , I enjoyed the time in all of them , and Look Forward to Running them Again soon .
