Approx 10% of new tractor sales are the JCB Fastrac range. They are very popular for high speed transport on the road = 55MPH.

The plough is 5 furrow Kuhn vari-width made in France

Neat pics.

Had one of those tractors on the farm last week - backhoe for the tile guys. Wouldn't see such a thing working on the farm as an ag tractor 'here'.

As well, the plow would be useless 'here'. Sure couldn't handle cornstalks with the bottoms so close together.

Alweays neat to see how things sare done in other places, other situations.

The large dairy farm around the corner has a few of these. They do custom chopping up to 30or40 miles away. They also have trailer style chopper wagons with high speed tires, brakes, etc. As a matter of fact, he was next door planting silage corn this morning with a split row JD 1780? Planter.
