F2 Gleaner drive belt vibration

Getting the F2 variable drive ready for wheat. Looking for operator comfort, so I replaced the AC compressor. When the clutch has the AC compressor engaged, the double v drive belt off the engine sure seems to have a lot more vibration. Is that normal or is it a problem?
 
haven't tightened the v belt yet. does the AC compressor belt have to be super tight? is there supposed to be an idler on the AC compressor belt. having a hard time keeping the belt tight. any tricks?
