Driving thro the town

This is Newport, a small town on the main {only} coast road. Carting silage through there is a nightmare .We do this 4 times a season :lol:

Every car, truck, bus & tractor has to negotiate their way through the narrow street.

No wonder you have a hard time getting thru town when you drive big tractors like that on the WRONG side of the road thru town. It tends to confuse the other drivers.

Newport is a popular holiday place for the rich townies - we often get complaints about driving at reckless speed through the town.

On the rear of the trailers - wonder why they dont like us :roll:

Yeahh, and multi-lingual asphalt paintings....!!!LOL

In the 2nd pic, the sign says "Good Bar Food" What might I get?? Salted nuts?? Really curious about it, Ralph, the German in Oklahoma.

Wow. I thought getin are big four wheel drive john deeres around town was tuff. Thats nothin compared to that. Next time Im frustrated with traffic and people are givin me the middle finger Ill just remember that pic.

Most British Pubs serve food, some will have a nice restaurant in seperate room serving nice meals.
"Good Bar Food" are plain simple meals at cheaper prices served in the bar area at small tables - like gammon ham, fried chicken, steak pie, scampi etc + fries.
