These photos are of an old farmer in my village who makes around 20 acres of hay for his sheep. He uses machinery from the 1960' making hay the old fashioned way.

The tractor is 1957 Massey Ferguson 35 with Standard Motor Company England 4 cylinder diesel engine.

The bale sledge holds 6-8 bales, which are stacked by hand into heaps of 4 or 6. The bale grab is used to load them onto trailer, and neighbours come after tea to help haul the crop back to his barn.

first time i've seen that type of leveling device on your loader, simple but it looks like it works ok
