F2 Gleaner - Pivot shaft bearings

Serial # 473XX
Looking at the parts book, page 216 Pivot shaft

They show 3 "cone" bearings on the right side on the variable speed sheaves for the cylinder. How often do most of you pull these and repack bearings? Any secrets to it?

In my Operator's Manual, SN 46201 and up, page 20 has lubrication schedule. Yes there is a grease fitting underneath for what it says is the RH pivot shaft bearing. But with the "RH pivot shaft sheave bearings. (Remove cap and repack bearings once a season, inner and outer sheave bearings)", the manual says lubricate once a season.

That jogs my memory a little. Yes there are two grease fittings sort of underneath- on either side of the feeder housing- that just grease where the housing pivots on the pivot shaft. But seems like there was a fitting in or on the cylinder drive variable speed sheave.
All those Gleaners had pulleys on both ends of the pivot shaft, and the book said to repack them. We never did.
