My brother still has a 600 with 2 row cornhead, a 960 for beans he put on propane, and 2 1160, one each for corn and beans all stashed away in barns. Sure like your pictures, they bring back fond memories.

never noticed the dead triangle space rite under the front of grain bin and abovefeeder house ,, it is most evident on the model 960 ,,what is this space housin ???other than mice and snake nests and potential fire hazards ?

I remember we had a 12foot cut Case combine. I think we bought it in the early 60 s. It was an open station. We only ued it for Oats combining. It was quitwe ozy, and hard to steer. Got ready for combining, changed the oil and did not tighten the oil drain plug. Went about a twenty acre strip and it stopped! We bought a new International, I think it was a 105, not sure. Quite an improvement. I will never forget things on a oil change.
