2388 ih 2008 model low hrs

have a customer that has 2388 it keeps breaking the top screen loose. has done it several time over last year and again this year. have checked about everything i can think of so shoot me some ideas on the problem.

Contact at one end of the stroke. Or some cam wear on the shaker. Go to talk.newagtalk.com and do a search for the problem. Tom

The hex cross shaft has 3 sealed brngs, might be loose, check all the rubber bushings in the linkage & arms.

Arms out of time?

so the guy from local ih dealer came out yesterday we took a long look at the machine nothing really stick out as being bad. bushing good bearing good. what we both think is that one side is a little a head of the other ih has a jig that can be put on machine to check aliment he said it about a day and half job. hes only done that a time or two, customer is going to finish wheat then decide on next move. well see what happens and let you all know think for the ideas,
