Got the old Case 660 combine running

Pulled the old 660 out of the shed first of the month. Don't use it anymore, so it was taking up shed space for other equipment. Thought some might enjoy the pics.

The machine hadn't run in a few years, so spent some time yesterday getting it started, only took about an hour, a fresh battery and priming the fuel system. That fuel line is an uphill battle....

I had tried to sell this spring with it sitting in the shed, but no takers, now that it's running it might sell.
 
That is in really nice shape. Shame to be outside. You wouldnt happen to have a straw chopper for it would you? Where are you located? If not too far away, I would be interested in it. I have a 660 too, but it has a cab. Rob
 

Thanks Rob, it's always been shedded, didn't really want to put it outdoors, but it isn't used anymore and other equipment that is used and more valuable was sitting out.

Sorry, no straw chopper. The parts machine we have has a cab on it in good shape.

I am in Nova Scotia.
