Well, it took 17 hours round trip with loading and road construction and parts pickin but I made it in one piece and now have an ample supply of spare parts for a while. I made a deal on some of the things that was offered for sale on here and wound up taking home a parts combine, corn head, spare axles and a pile of other parts. I got the head mounted today to make it easier to unload. If any of you need parts for a MF35, drop me a line. I even got a full set of cylinder filler plates, 2 sets of spike tooth beater bars and the large corn head cylinder and rear axle weights. The 35 that the head is on is my running and working machine I picked up on eBay.

Hope you didn't hurt the possum! I raised one down here in SC after his mother was hit on the road. We kept him in the house until he got to large and then released him in a wildlife preserve on the Savannah river. One of the funniest things our pet possum did was to sleep, upside down on the sofa during the day.

was the 22 head also used on the Massey 72 combine? I had a 72 a lot of years agao and I think it had the 22 cornhead, but I could be mistaken. The 72 has been gone for a long time. Tom

I had one of these heads on my 72 too. I sold it years ago and bought an axial flow with a 14' platform and a 4 row head. This head fit the 72, 82, 90, 92, 35, 300, and I think the 27? also. Have to look at the books. The 72 had about a 3 foot long feeder house and the 35 has about 12" at best!

You are one busy man! That shed of your is going to start bulging again!Dont sell your last "A6"!

As some of you know you can use all this equipment as an excuse to talk to wife into letting you put up another pole barn! It worked a couple years ago for the 40x60 we put up with 14' sidewalls.

i had considered buying them but need to get pickup reliable and a decent trailor. plus i want to get a roof to put over their heads,[pun intended] almost went to a sale to see a mf 300 sell but decided against it for the same reasons. lol good luck. have fun and be safe!!

Just be glad you did not get them tim as you would have needed a 3rd 35 combine to make one good one out of these. The more complete looking one the whole bottom was rotted out and the painted one was gutted.
