So, I got the rest of the oats done today. The first part of the day I ran alone, and then baled some straw, and in the evening, my brother and I ran in tandem. Gleaner K and NH 975...

Hopefully that embedded correctly...

If not...

I had the camera with me after an incident with the skidsteer loader. I jumped in and thought someone left a hydraulic hose laying on the foot pedal. Turns out it was a black snake. I didn't get bit, but I got scraped up on my face and arm falling on the concrete out of the cab of the machine. I got a picture of him just as he decided to vacate the machine.

here's a neat shot. You can see the side of the Gleaner in the mirror as I passed by my brother in his NH 975. We got out of sync, as I was outrunning him for a while, when he had a few problems. For most of the day, I ran behind him.

and here go the wagons and the NH 975 to get everything shedded before the rain comes in.

Thanks for sharing. I'm guessing that's a Ford 7000 row crop pulling the wagons? I was thinking 5000 at first, but the size of the tires and the precleaner made me change my guess to 7000.

Thanks.

Fordfarmer, that is a Ford 7000 RC. That is also the original owner driving it. He started working for Pasco Equipment Co. (A Ford dealership) in 1975, after selling off the dairy cows. In July 1975, he bought the 7000 brand new. 33 years later, it is still working every day on the farm.
Needless to say, we are Ford farmers, as well. I have a Farmall Cub, Gleaner K, and we have some allis chalmers equip that was bought before he started working for Ford. For the most part, we are true blue.
