I need the shaft that shifts the hi to low.any body out there have any parts?

Google Joe's Outdoor Power in Michigan and then give Joe Hemmi a call. He parts out tractors of all makes including Case.

If you are referring to the actual shift lever you grab onto to change from Hi to Lo range, then the original part # is C10254. You could also call an Ingersoll dealer and find out if Ingersoll still has this part sitting on their shelves.
