hydraulic hoses

anybody know of a good website for obtaining small hydraulic pre-made hoses. my swivel ends are leaking and these hoses are both under 4 foot in length. might just epoxy around them to slow the drip but the machine shop in town wants an arm and a leg for making them.

You can make your own hydraulic hoses using reusable ends. Here's one I made with No5 (5/16)
swivel nuts for the hydraulic lift on my garden tractor. If you know the size of the hose and which swivel nuts whether straight or elbows are used I could give you a price. Need the length too. Hal

If you have SWIVEL MALE PIPE THREAD ENDS, they
always leak!, because there is an O-ring
in the end that wears from swiveling and vibration
Use Female JIC, (Joint Industry Standard) hose
ends and an adapter fitting that has male pipe on
one end and male flare on the other.

El Toro's picture shows the type of ends that
you should use, available straight, 45, or 90 degrees. Quality doesn't come cheap--cheap will
leak !

Dave, thanks for the website. right at 21.00 for both hoses and shipping. Can't beat that and they were in stock, should have by weekend.
