cadet spring assist

I have a cub cadet 147 with the elec lift.Will the spring assist fit on this cub?If so is it a good idea to have one instaled? Thanks,Don.

Don, the spring assist were for manual lift hitches to make it easier on the operator! you dont need it for electric or hydraulic lift hitches! as fas as a good idea? it wont hurt any thing, its just not needed! hope this helps Greg in s.e. ohio
