Getting a steering wheel off a Toro 117?

I might be trading my Toro 117 with 1 bad cylinder for a running Toro 266-H. I just noticed the steering wheel on my 117 dips down on one side. It sat for a while with the seat leaning against it. Can it bend back? I have another 117 chassy that I could get the steering wheel off of too.

Your concerned about the wheel being bent egg shaped ? You might try gentle application of a heat gun, and pulling warmed plastic back into place. Since these wheels aren't 'crashworthy ' they lack inner steel ring, so should soften and straighten.
