Hi Fellas!
I have a honda 3813 that threw its timing belt off. I have a new one and have stripped down (the engine...)to try and replace it. there is a SINGLE set of marks for the crankshaft to align, and a mark on the case for the cam sprocket to line up with, BUT there are 2 sets of 2 marks on the cam sprocket (both are marked "F" & "T")spaced 180o apart. Anyone have a manual that tells which mark should be matched to the one on the case? HELP!
THANK YOU SO MUCH! - Michelle

Check with your local Honda small engine dealer to see if they have an engine shop manual that covers that engine. You will need the engine model number such as GXV390 so it cover's your engine. They may scan a copy for you covering the timing gear installation. Hal
