My book says 165in/lbs on the head bolts and 185in/lbs on the rod bolts,that seems like a lot on the rod bolts,are they 5/16in bolts?

I will have to check my SERVICE MANUEL, one of which YOU should BUY, but many of these engine have one rod bolt bigger than the other and you have two torque values for the rod bolts. One for the large bolt and another for the small bolt.
