mike go to ignition switch first if it has original ign switch they are noted for corrosion
1 out of 5 i get in has a bad or weak one and a lot of owners dont realize they are exposed to weather.
i always install marine switches for replacement, only 9 bucks and a 1 inch hole. also is reponsible for hard starts. good luck

First off, you need to visit the Wheel Horse page on Yahoo Clubs. Alot of good info and WH experts! Try changing plugs...Coil might be bad, points, it has been sitting so might need a general tune up. Gas might be bad too. It has safety switches for seat, PTO, and brake pedal too. Still, go to the WH site below and get the right answers...I got 4 "C" series Wheel Horse's! But it has been awhile since they were broke down!
