Expandable foam in small tires

Anybody tried this? Saw it on YouTube for lawnmower small tires.
I have two of the harbor freight 10 inch air tires. They dont hold up well : tubes leak, tires crack.
Thought I would experiment with this foam. These have tubes.
Any suggestions?

If you foam the tires they will need to be cut off should you want/need to remove them in the future. My brother bought some tractor tires at auction that were foamed. After mounting the wheels he found they needed some air however, they would not accept air since everything was foamed shut. The tires could not be used since the foam fill was uneven - only good for a circus tractor. Not a fan of foam, I have had good luck with tubes but not always.

Yes I bet that would be a monster on large tires.
But apparently can be done on small tires like on the front
of a lawn mower.

Friend of mine did it on 4 small tires on a large hose cart that he was constantly battling flat tires on. Did it a couple years ago, and last we talked about it he was happy with results. I know he watched videos beforehand and decided to give it a try.

Closed cell foam.
No it will not work. To hard and will just crumble during use.

Open cell foam.
Iffy. . How do you plan to fill the entire tire with foam?
Through the valve stem hole. How do you get the foam to fill the void evenly?

Break down one side of the tire. How do you get enough foam into the tire fast enough to keep the bead from seating before it expands?

Use two part foam such as the type used in boat construction or packageing? Forget that. By the time you get the two parts mixed it will expand faster than you could ever get it into a tire.

Bottom line is. If the tire is cracked and bad enough to not hold air even with a tube. You need a new tire and tube. Being a Harbor Freight tire. It most likely will cost less to replace the tire than to buy the foam to fill it.
