JD S240 mower deck quit. 99 hrs on the clock

My JD S240 mower deck shut off while I was cutting grass. I parked it and shut it off. I tried to re start it. Nothing happened when I turned the key. I put a battery charger on it. It indicated 12.9 volts and 92% charge. I have unplugged the seat switch. I turned the key to the on position. My test light indicates that I do not have any power to any of the 4 wires on the plug. Is that normal? If the seat switch was bad wouldn't the engine have stopped when the mower deck shut off?

Did you just unplug the seat safety switch and then jump the wire? If you didn't reconnect with a jumper wire you still
won't have continuity through the circuit.
 
No. I unplugged the switch and used a test light to see if there was power to one of the four wires in the plug. There wasn't any power to any of the 4 receptacles. Should there be power to any of them?
