Who Sold The Murray line

About every store in the 80's. Wheelers, Pamida, Walmart, TSC. Where also sold under the craftsman name.

What the other guys said. All the lower price companies.
Murray was not a prestigious name in lawn and garden stuff.

Well, Briggs and Stratton ended up with Murray. Or at least the remains of Murray after they went broke trying to make cheap mowers for Wal Mart. (My opinion only.)
And then Briggs pretty much killed Murray off. The last lawn tractor I have seen badged as a Murray was actually made by MTD. But I think if anyone has parts for the 'old' Murrays, it is Briggs and Stratton.

You will probably have to find a dealer who is willing to call his Briggs destribuitor and be prepared to find out lots of the really old parts are no longer available. If its old enough to say Dynamark on it, they might even have to go the microfiche to even find a parts diagram for it.

Actually I am thinking that the Dynamark mowers were made by Noma and possibly Murray bought or merged with them.
